Subject: The Tulsa Reparations Coalition Call for Endorsements
Greetings,
Many of you already know some details surrounding my research of the
Tulsa Race riot, war, and massacre of 1921, or you may have heard, from
other
sources, the sordid details of the destruction of "Black Wall
Street."
For those unaware, I'm Kimberly C. Ellis, Co-Coordinator of the National
Campaign to secure Reparations for the victims of the Tulsa race riot,
war and massacre of 1921 with the Tulsa Reparations Coalition. This
includes
the "All Eyes on Tulsa" series and the "Academics for
Tulsa" campaign
editorials, both of which I am the author. You will find articles I have
written at this link:
http://www.tulsareparations.org/additional.htm
.
Below is the Tulsa Reparations Coalition official Call for Endorsements.
Much of it may sound familiar to you already. If you have any questions,
comments, or concerns regarding this issue, the campaign, etc., please
peruse the website *first* and feel free to contact me in the future (as
always).
The African American community in Tulsa really needs your help. Please
read the call and place your endorsement on the website to offer your
individual support.
Thank you very much,
Kimberly C. Ellis
